Welcome to TreeYield. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and lawn equipment rental services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Service Overview
TreeYield Lawn Equipment Rental Service provide direct connection between families and organic fruit farmers for leasing and long-term rental of fruit-bearing trees. Our platform facilitates the reservation, cultivation tracking, and delivery of organic yields.
2. Tree Leasing and Rental
To lease a tree through our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and provide accurate registration information. The standard rental period is for one full harvest season. While yields can vary due to nature, we provide a minimum yield guarantee for each rental package.
3. Organic Standards
All trees managed through TreeYield are grown according to strict organic principles. No synthetic chemical pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers are used. We prioritize soil health and biodiversity in all partner orchards.
4. Payments and Fees
- Rental fees must be paid in full at the time of reservation.All prices are inclusive of cultivation costs and standard doorstep delivery.Any additional services or expedited deliveries will incur additional charges.
5. Delivery and Logistics
Harvested yields are delivered directly from the farm to your registered doorstep. It is your responsibility to provide a valid delivery address. TreeYield is not responsible for losses due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after 48 hours but before the seasonal cultivation has begun are eligible for a 50% refund. Once the seasonal cultivation has begun, no refunds can be issued.
7. Data Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your contact information with third-party marketing agents.

Shipping & Refund Policy
Direct Doorstep Delivery
We prioritize transparency and efficiency. Once your yield is ready for harvest, we coordinate a direct delivery to your doorstep, ensuring your organic fruits arrive fresh and intact.
Refund & Cancellation
Our commitment to your satisfaction is absolute. If you are unable to proceed with your rental, please contact our team within 48 hours of booking to initiate a full refund of your payment.
Harvest Yield Guarantee
Every yield comes with a minimum yield guarantee. If the harvest falls below the promised quantity, we will provide a full refund of the rental fee for that season.
